the electral commision of uganda has today declared yoweri kaguta museveni as the president of the republic of uganda. the former gorilla fighter has been in power for the last two and a half decades, he has however been elected by the people of uganda for the fourth time.
the EU and other bodies like IGAD,COMESA and EAC have said that the elections were decleared free and fair.
